The apartments are located in the historic centre of Bellagio, in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area.

Check in time:
It is possible to gain access to the apartments from 3 pm until 8 pm (from November to March, before 6:00 pm) on the day of arrival.
Any requests for an earlier time can be granted subject to availability and will incur a supplement.

Check Out time:
The apartments must be vacated no later than 10 am on the day of departure, in order to allow us to make them available to subsequent guests in the most clean, hygienic and welcoming conditions.

For guests who need to anticipate their arrival or postpone their departure, we have provided extra services.

Luggage storage:
The property does not have luggage storage.

Check In Procedure
Express Check-in is available (we will not be physically present on site).
A few days before your arrival: you will receive a message via Whatsapp where we will provide you with all the information for your stay, the instructions/videos to access the apartment independently and the code (it is mandatory that at least one guest has WhatsApp).
The day of your arrival: On the day of your arrival: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (from November to March, before 6:00 pm), you will have to go to Mr. Panino (just 50 m away) to check/register the passports of all guests.
The Access Code will be activated only after the passports have been registered with Mr. Panino and not before 3:00 pm (check-in time) and will expire at 10:00 am on the day of departure (check-out time)..

Important information:
Access to the apartments is only allowed to guests indicated at the time of booking and self-check-in (video surveillance area).
For any additional guests (including children), in relation to the reservation, there will be a daily supplement and payment of the tourist tax.

Included in the price:
- Complimentary products: oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, Nespresso coffee and tea (for first use).
- A set of 3 towels and slippers for each guest.

- Final cleaning.

Not included in the price:
- Breakfast.
- Daily tidying up and cleaning.

Pets:
Bellagio Luxury Suites Apartments is Dog Friendly, (we only accept dogs - any size). Their presence requires a daily supplement and must be communicated during the booking process by selecting the relevant service (all other animals are not allowed).

Cancellation terms:
By booking directly, not only do you save on the cost of your stay, but you will also benefit from the most flexible cancellation policy conditions.
- For direct bookings, cancellation is FREE up to 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (instead of 30 days).
- For cancellations or changes after 21 days of the expected date of arrival, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
- In the case of no show the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
- In the case of early departure it will not be possible to request a refund.
Confirmation of your booking implies acceptance of our cancellation terms.

NO-Smoking:
The Bellagio Luxury Suites apartments are NO-Smoking, therefore smoking is prohibited inside them (there is a smoke detector). We have provided an ashtray outside each apartment on the balcony, for smoking outdoors.

Prohibitions:
- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments and in the communal areas inside the property.
- It is forbidden to bring bicycles, e-bikes and scooters into the apartments and communal areas, and please note that the facility does not have a bike storage room.
- It is forbidden to organise parties / events.

Deposit:
No deposit is required, but any damage to objects or furnishings in the apartment will be subject to a charge and will be billed to the credit card.

Don Marcelo King Suite bed layout:
- For bookings of 2 guests the king-size double bed in the bedroom will be prepared.
- For bookings of 3/4 guests we prepare the king size double bed in the bedroom and the double sofa bed in the living room.
If you require a different setup than the one indicated above, there is a supplement for additional linen.

Queen Doña Francisca Suite bed layout:
- For bookings of 2 guests we prepare the king size double bed in the bedroom.
- For bookings of 3 guests we prepare the king size double bed and the single sofa bed in the bedroom.
- For bookings of 4 guests we prepare the king size double bed in the bedroom and the double sofa bed in the living room.
- For bookings of 5 guests we prepare the king size double bed plus the single sofa bed in the bedroom and the double sofa bed in the living room.

Extra cleaning and tidying of the apartment:
For those who need a cleaning/tidying-up service during their stay, it is possible to request:
- Cleaning service with a change of bathroom linen, at a cost of €50 per service.
- Complete cleaning service with a change of bed linen and towels, at a cost of €80 per service.
Services available upon request and subject to availability.
Only for direct bookings of at least 7 nights, a complete cleaning service will be provided free of charge, with a change of bed linen and towels, halfway through your stay.

For those who need extra towels in addition to those already present, it is possible to request:
- A set of towels at a cost of €15 per person.

City tax:
The Municipality of Bellagio requires a payment of the tourist tax of €3 per person per night (minors up to 10 years of age are exempt), for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The tax is applicable from 1st March to 30th November.

ZTL loading/unloading access
The apartments are in the pedestrian historic centre of Bellagio, in the ZTL area (limited traffic zone). Should you arrive with your own car or a rental car, you will have to provide us with the make, model and photo of the car's number plate, required to allow you to enter the ZTL area conveniently in Piazza Mazzini, exclusively for unloading/loading your luggage (maximum parking time 20 minutes).

Accessibility:
The apartments are reachable only by ancient and steep flights of stairs (there is no lift).

  • The Suite King "Don Marcelo" apartment is located on the second floor.
  • The Suite Queen "Doña Francisca" apartment is located on the third and top floor.
